9月25日,公司设计(ji)承建的(de)浙江缙云(yun)抽(chou)水蓄能电站6号机(ji)组顺利完成15天考核试(shi)运行(xing),标志着(zhe)这座总装机(ji)容量180万(wan)千瓦的(de)华东(dong)能源枢纽实现全面投产(chan)发电。 该电(dian)(dian)(dian)站位于浙(zhe)江省丽水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)市缙云县境内,是国家能(neng)源局(ju)“十三五”规划重点建(jian)(jian)设项目(mu)、浙(zhe)江省重点工(gong)(gong)程(cheng)项目(mu),总(zong)装(zhuang)(zhuang)机(ji)(ji)容量(liang)180万千(qian)瓦,安(an)(an)装(zhuang)(zhuang)6台单机(ji)(ji)容量(liang)30万千(qian)瓦可逆(ni)式(shi)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)泵水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)轮发电(dian)(dian)(dian)电(dian)(dian)(dian)动机(ji)(ji)组,设计年(nian)发电(dian)(dian)(dian)量(liang)18亿千(qian)瓦时、年(nian)抽水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)电(dian)(dian)(dian)量(liang)24亿千(qian)瓦时,以两回(hui)500千(qian)伏出线接入华(hua)东电(dian)(dian)(dian)网,全面投产(chan)后双向电(dian)(dian)(dian)力调节能(neng)力预计达(da)360万千(qian)瓦。公司所属华(hua)东院承(cheng)担(dan)(dan)勘测(ce)设计任务(wu),水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)电(dian)(dian)(dian)十四局(ju)承(cheng)担(dan)(dan)主体土建(jian)(jian)及金属结构(gou)安(an)(an)装(zhuang)(zhuang)工(gong)(gong)程(cheng)施(shi)工(gong)(gong)任务(wu),水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)电(dian)(dian)(dian)三局(ju)承(cheng)担(dan)(dan)机(ji)(ji)电(dian)(dian)(dian)安(an)(an)装(zhuang)(zhuang)施(shi)工(gong)(gong)任务(wu),水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)电(dian)(dian)(dian)十二局(ju)承(cheng)担(dan)(dan)闸(zha)门及金属结构(gou)设备施(shi)工(gong)(gong)任务(wu),西北院承(cheng)担(dan)(dan)监理任务(wu),中南院负责土建(jian)(jian)中心试验室任务(wu),北京(jing)院负责工(gong)(gong)程(cheng)施(shi)工(gong)(gong)安(an)(an)全监测(ce)。 自2024年11月30日(ri)首台机组(zu)投产(chan)到现今的(de)6号机组(zu)投入商(shang)运(yun),水电三(san)局制造安(an)装公司缙云(yun)机电设备(bei)安(an)装项目部(bu)以(yi)“十个月六发”、2025年“一年五投”的(de)优秀业(ye)绩,交出了抽水蓄能电站“土(tu)建+机电”一体化施工的(de)优异答卷。 在关键施工(gong)(gong)阶段(duan),电建技术团(tuan)队采用分层分块浇筑工(gong)(gong)艺,精准控(kong)制大体积混凝土几何尺(chi)寸与(yu)浇筑方向,创新应用百分表实时监测(ce)系(xi)统(tong)监控(kong)蜗(wo)壳变(bian)形数据(ju),成(cheng)功攻克施工(gong)(gong)难题(ti)。电气(qi)(qi)试(shi)验室团(tuan)队创新“边(bian)安装,边(bian)试(shi)验”平行作业模(mo)式,完(wan)成(cheng)300余项电气(qi)(qi)试(shi)验,以平均(jun)不到2个月投产(chan)一(yi)台机组(zu)的速度,相继(ji)完(wan)成(cheng)5台机组(zu)投产(chan)。 电站全面(mian)投产后年(nian)发电量可达18亿(yi)千瓦时、年(nian)抽水电量24亿(yi)千瓦时,每年(nian)可节约(yue)标煤(mei)约(yue)23万(wan)吨(dun),减少二氧化碳排放约(yue)46万(wan)吨(dun),显著提升华东电网(wang)调(diao)节能力和清洁(jie)能源(yuan)消(xiao)纳水平。作为(wei)浙江“华东绿(lv)色(se)能源(yuan)基地(di)”核心工(gong)程,该(gai)项目将为(wei)实现“双碳”目标提供核心支撑(cheng)。 |
