近日,由中国电建(jian)设计承建(jian)的我国在(zai)建(jian)海拔最高双曲拱坝电站——华电金上叶(ye)巴滩水电站首批坝段成(cheng)功浇筑至坝顶,大坝主体结构施工取得阶段性胜利。 叶巴滩水(shui)电(dian)(dian)站是(shi)国(guo)家“十四五”规划重(zhong)点工(gong)(gong)程、国(guo)家“西电(dian)(dian)东送”接续基地(di)和西南水(shui)电(dian)(dian)基地(di)建设(she)重(zhong)大工(gong)(gong)程,总(zong)装机(ji)容(rong)量224万千瓦。由(you)中(zhong)国(guo)电(dian)(dian)建所(suo)属(shu)成都院规划论证(zheng)并勘(kan)测设(she)计,西北院承担主体(ti)工(gong)(gong)程监理(li),水(shui)电(dian)(dian)四局(ju)、水(shui)电(dian)(dian)五局(ju)、水(shui)电(dian)(dian)七局(ju)、水(shui)电(dian)(dian)九局(ju)、水(shui)电(dian)(dian)十一局(ju)参与(yu)建设(she)。 工程主(zhu)要建筑(zhu)物包(bao)括混凝土(tu)双曲拱坝(ba)、泄洪消能(neng)设(she)施和引水发电系统(tong)。大(da)坝(ba)为双曲拱坝(ba),最大(da)坝(ba)高217米,共计(ji)27个坝(ba)段(duan),混凝土(tu)浇(jiao)筑(zhu)设(she)计(ji)总量约(yue)263万立方米。自启动大(da)坝(ba)首仓混凝土(tu)浇(jiao)筑(zhu)以来,历经37个月,首批坝(ba)段(duan)浇(jiao)筑(zhu)到顶(ding)。 电站位于(yu)金(jin)沙江上游青藏高(gao)原(yuan)边缘,平均(jun)海拔3000米(mi),具有“六高(gao)、四大(da)、两长”的复杂特点,对混(hun)凝(ning)土(tu)施(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)技术及管理提出(chu)极高(gao)要求(qiu)。项目团队应(ying)用(yong)“制热(re)混(hun)凝(ning)土(tu)+蓄热(re)法浇筑(zhu)”“薄(bo)层短间(jian)歇(xie)+制热(re)混(hun)凝(ning)土(tu)+蓄热(re)法”等工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)艺,有效保障(zhang)高(gao)海拔寒冷(leng)地区(qu)冬季连(lian)续施(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong);孔口坝(ba)段(duan)倒悬(xuan)牛腿(tui)结构采用(yong)4.5米(mi)大(da)升层施(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong),使(shi)大(da)坝(ba)混(hun)凝(ning)土(tu)浇筑(zhu)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)期提前6.4个月;推进“智(zhi)慧大(da)坝(ba)”建(jian)设,引(yin)入数字孪(luan)生、智(zhi)能温控(kong)与(yu)灌浆(jiang)等技术,构建(jian)全过程“数字神(shen)经网络”,实现温度实时监测与(yu)智(zhi)能调控(kong);推动施(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)艺标准化,全力打(da)造高(gao)原(yuan)精品工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)程,大(da)坝(ba)随(sui)机取出(chu)38.1米(mi)混(hun)凝(ning)土(tu)长芯,打(da)破世界纪录;系统优化浇筑(zhu)流程,形成“混(hun)凝(ning)土(tu)浇筑(zhu)一条(tiao)龙管理提升法”,借助缆机轴(zhou)线与(yu)大(da)坝(ba)三(san)维模(mo)型优化吊运路径,提升浇筑(zhu)效率,创下日浇筑(zhu)6493.5立方(fang)(fang)米(mi)、月浇筑(zhu)13万立方(fang)(fang)米(mi)的施(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)纪录。 作(zuo)为金沙江(jiang)上游(you)水风光一体化清洁能源基地的骨干电源,电站全(quan)面(mian)投运后(hou),预计年发电量达102.05亿千(qian)瓦时(shi),每(mei)年可节(jie)约标(biao)煤399万吨、减少碳排放737万吨,对推动区域经济协同发展(zhan)、助(zhu)力国(guo)家实现“双碳”目标(biao)具有重(zhong)要意义(yi)。 |
