技术创新破局:构建安全与品质双重保障体系 高边坡(po)开挖、大断面洞室(shi)施工(gong),这些在水电工(gong)程(cheng)领(ling)域堪(kan)称“硬(ying)骨头”的(de)难题,项目团队摒(bing)弃传统(tong)(tong)施工(gong)思维局限,以技(ji)术创新为抓手,搭建(jian)起全方位、立体(ti)(ti)化的(de)安全防(fang)控与(yu)质量提升(sheng)体(ti)(ti)系(xi),推动工(gong)程(cheng)建(jian)设从传统(tong)(tong)模式(shi)向(xiang)智能建(jian)造(zao)跨越式(shi)迈进。 智能预控:为施工安全装上“智慧防线”。一号施工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)支(zhi)(zhi)洞大断面开(kai)(kai)挖(wa),是项(xiang)目面临的首个重大挑战。传(chuan)统(tong)“爆(bao)破-支(zhi)(zhi)护”模(mo)(mo)式下,地(di)(di)质(zhi)(zhi)风(feng)险难以及(ji)时预判,施工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)安全(quan)始终面临不(bu)确定(ding)性。对(dui)此,项(xiang)目部(bu)创新研发“BIM+超前(qian)地(di)(di)质(zhi)(zhi)预报”安全(quan)控制系统(tong),将施工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)流程全(quan)面升级(ji)为(wei)(wei)“超前(qian)探测-精准开(kai)(kai)挖(wa)-即时加固”的智能(neng)(neng)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)法。通过三维地(di)(di)质(zhi)(zhi)建模(mo)(mo)与实时围岩(yan)应(ying)力监(jian)测,动(dong)态调(diao)整开(kai)(kai)挖(wa)进尺与支(zhi)(zhi)护参(can)数,如同为(wei)(wei)钻爆(bao)作(zuo)业装上“透(tou)视(shi)眼”,将经验式开(kai)(kai)挖(wa)转(zhuan)变为(wei)(wei)智能(neng)(neng)化预控式施工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong),显著降低坍塌风(feng)险,确保洞室安全(quan)稳(wen)定(ding)成型。项(xiang)目负责人李刚表示:“这(zhei)项(xiang)技术(shu)实现了从被动(dong)防御到主动(dong)预警(jing)的转(zhuan)变,为(wei)(wei)复杂(za)地(di)(di)质(zhi)(zhi)条件下的洞室施工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)提供了安全(quan)保障。” 环库路(lu)土(tu)质高(gao)(gao)(gao)边坡支护(hu)工(gong)(gong)程中(zhong),“土(tu)锚钉(ding)支护(hu)技术(shu)”展现出(chu)独特优势(shi)。项目采用高(gao)(gao)(gao)强度耐(nai)腐蚀(shi)土(tu)锚钉(ding),通过(guo)专用机械成孔、高(gao)(gao)(gao)压(ya)注浆形成网状加筋(jin)系统(tong),如同为松散边坡植入“钢铁筋(jin)骨(gu)”。现场技术(shu)员形象比喻:“该技术(shu)较(jiao)传统(tong)格构梁施(shi)工(gong)(gong)速度提升40%,成本降低25%,完美解决(jue)了支护(hu)效率与(yu)成本的(de)矛(mao)盾,为环库路(lu)安全(quan)运营(ying)奠定坚实基础。” 混凝土施(shi)工(gong)领域,环库路边坡(po)框(kuang)格梁首次大规模(mo)应(ying)用(yong)“塑钢定型(xing)模(mo)板”。该模(mo)板具有尺寸精准、表(biao)面光滑、周转次数高(gao)的(de)(de)特点(dian),施(shi)工(gong)效率提升30%,成型(xing)后(hou)混凝土表(biao)面平整度误差控制在2毫米内,免除二次抹灰修饰,实现了“内实外美”的(de)(de)质量目(mu)标。施(shi)工(gong)队长介(jie)绍:“这种‘搭(da)积木’式(shi)的(de)(de)拼装(zhuang)工(gong)艺,既保(bao)证了工(gong)程质量,又(you)展现了水电建设的(de)(de)精细美学。” 数字赋能:指尖掌控施工全局。皇城数(shu)字(zi)(zi)化建造平台的搭建,是项(xiang)目(mu)(mu)智慧化管(guan)理的核心载(zai)体。该平台集(ji)成项(xiang)目(mu)(mu)管(guan)理、数(shu)字(zi)(zi)电(dian)站、智能洞(dong)室等六大功能模块,通过(guo)遍布施工现场的传(chuan)感器,实(shi)时采集(ji)车辆定位(wei)、碾(nian)压轨迹、人员动态等关(guan)键数(shu)据(ju),并将这(zhei)些数(shu)据(ju)转化为可视化管(guan)理界面(mian)。 “过去管(guan)理工地,靠的是‘跑现(xian)场(chang)、喊口(kou)号’;现(xian)在有(you)了这个平(ping)台(tai),我们(men)真正实现(xian)了‘指(zhi)尖(jian)管(guan)生产、屏幕(mu)控全局’。”工程部负责人康磊(lei)一边操作(zuo)平(ping)台(tai)界面,一边介绍,“平(ping)台(tai)运行以来,项(xiang)目管(guan)理效(xiao)率(lv)提升50%以上,彻底告别了粗(cu)放式(shi)管(guan)理模式(shi),迈入精(jing)细化管(guan)控的新阶段。”从(cong)(cong)数(shu)据采集到分析(xi)应用,从(cong)(cong)远程监控到精(jing)准调度,数(shu)字(zi)化技(ji)术正为工程建设(she)注(zhu)入源(yuan)(yuan)源(yuan)(yuan)不断的智慧(hui)动能。 绿色施工:守护祁连山生态底色。地处祁(qi)连山(shan)腹地,项目团队深知(zhi)生态保(bao)护的重要性。自工(gong)程开工(gong)以(yi)来,项目始终(zhong)践行(xing)“绿水青山(shan)就是金山(shan)银山(shan)”的理(li)念,将(jiang)绿色施工(gong)贯穿于建设全过程,用实际(ji)行(xing)动守护高原生态底色。 在(zai)(zai)(zai)海拔2833米(mi)的(de)营(ying)地(di)生(sheng)活区,项(xiang)目铺(pu)设了分布(bu)式光(guang)伏面(mian)板。这些蓝色的(de)“能源板”每年发(fa)电量(liang)可完全(quan)满(man)足营(ying)地(di)办(ban)公用电需求,实现清洁能源就地(di)利用;在(zai)(zai)(zai)污水(shui)处理方面(mian),项(xiang)目构建“三级沉(chen)淀池+污水(shui)处理一体化设备”系统(tong),生(sheng)活废水(shui)经处理达标(biao)后,全(quan)部用于道(dao)路洒(sa)水(shui)降(jiang)尘,真正实现污水(shui)“零(ling)排放”;此外(wai),项(xiang)目还严格落实植(zhi)(zhi)被恢复计划,在(zai)(zai)(zai)施(shi)工区域(yu)周边种植(zhi)(zhi)适应当地(di)气候的(de)苗木,最大限度降(jiang)低工程建设对生(sheng)态(tai)环境(jing)的(de)影响(xiang)。
